Chisada's Corner

Ask me anything   Hello! My name is Carlo and I am having fun living my life. This is an online space for the things I want to remember, things that make me smile, in general the things that make life worth living.

I am lost. And I’ve been lost for a very long time. My life thus far has just been a series of reinventions with nothing concrete to show for it. Just a person’s mindless chatter of things that were to come, visions of grandeur that would change the world if I only had the will and capacity to act upon them.

How often do the little things in life cross our minds. They seem to happen without notice, little by little at first, small drops, that reverberate through our seemingly ordinary lives. Determining actions and shaping perspectives that are connected and disconnected both at the same time.

    My Coachella Story

    Day 1(Thursday)

    Time: 9:00pm-2:00am

We arrive to the campsite excited that Coachella was finally starting. Sadly, the excitement was short lived because as soon as I opened the trunk to the car a realization had dawned upon all three of us…none of us had ever successfully constructed a tent before. None the less we would not let our lack of outdoors skills ruin the weekend, so we set to the task and just as we all thought none of us could assemble the fking tent. Thankfully after 3-hours of no progress our neighbors kindly offered to help, essentially piecing the entirety of what can only be described as “A FUCKING PALACE” together(God that tent was a bitch to build).

    Day 2-5(Fri-Mon)

    Time: N/A

    I can’t recall anything past day 1

We will be judged by “I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was naked and you clothed me. I was homeless, and you took me in.”"

"Engage people with what they expect; it is what they are able to discern and confirms their projections. It settles them into predictable patterns of response, occupying their minds while you wait for the extraordinary moment — that which they cannot anticipate."
